Market Weighton Fire Station will open its doors to the public this Sunday for its annual Open Day. The fun starts at 12 noon.
Hundreds are expected to come along and meet the crews and climb aboard the engines and see some of the other equipment which helps keep the community safe. There is lots to do for all the family between 12.00 and 16.00 including:
- iCar Simulator
- HFRS Boat & Water Rescue Equipment
- BBQ
- Tea / coffee & cake stall
- Community Safety Advice
- Tombola
- Soak the firefighter
- Hazmat Gas Tight Suits
Please note that there is no parking available at the fire station. Please park legally and appropriately in the vicinity and walk. Thank you for your understanding.
