Beverley Fire Station and its crews have long been an integral part of the community in the historic East Riding market town.
This community spirit was recognised as Beverley Fire Station was awarded a ‘Good Neighbour Award’ by the Mayor at a civic ceremony held at Beverley Guildhall on Monday 9 May 2016.
The award was in recognition of the crews assisting Beverley Town Council with such events as the recent Tour de Yorkshire and lighting the beacon to celebrate the Queens 90th Birthday.
