Firefighters from Peaks Lane Fire Station in Grimsby are supporting the national Fire Fighters Charity by hosting a collection day on Sunday 13 August between 9:00am - 5:00pm on Cleethorpes Promenade.
Why not come along and meet your local firefighters and take the opportunity to have a look around one of our fire appliances. There will also a guest appearance by a Minion from 'Despicable Me' and a chance to win a VIP tour of Peaks Lane Fire Station in Grimsby.
This is all in support of The Fire Fighters Charity which undertakes physical and emotional support for both injured firefighters and bereaved families who have lost serving members while protecting the public.
The Fire Fighters Charity supports many firefighters and their families in time of exceptional need and it is funded through the generosity of the public.
