All correspondence will be dealt with in the strictest confidence. We will respond to any claim within 5 days, and reply or give an indication of when a full reply can be provided, within 14 days. Comments and complaints can also be made to the Divisional Commander at any of the Fire Service centre addresses listed on the previous page.

At Humberside Fire and Rescue Service, we value the comments of people who use our services. We also think it is important to be able to comment even if you have not needed our services. The Feedback Focus gives you the chance to let us know what you think. We want to know how we can improve and what we have been getting right. You can get these forms on fire stations around the area, or send your comments on-line using the our Contact page.

The Feedback Focus also gives you details of the complaints procedure should you need to use it, and the standards we have set.

Our Charter

At Humberside Fire and Rescue Service we do a lot more then fight fires. In the service Charter you can find out what we do, who we are, where you can expect to find us and how to contact us.
